充棉機

產品介紹

該機型適用玩具、服裝、家紡（枕頭、抱枕、座墊）、布藝、飾品、掛件，需填充纖維棉的產品均可使用，填充速度快，利用低（4-8kg/ cm2）氣壓將棉花填充到產品內，使產品內的棉花均勻飽滿，富有彈性.工作效率提高，該機配有不同規格充棉管,滿足不同大小產品沖棉需求，腳踏開關控制沖棉，腳踩腳踏開關開始充棉，腳松開腳踏開關停止充棉，可連接松棉機或自動松棉機組成自動化松棉充棉生產線，全機采用高溫烤漆。

送棉機（送料機）：送料機用途是把填充送進充棉機內，減少人工操作，全機采用高溫烤漆。

備注:（1）：適用填充材料二維/三維棉、長短纖維棉，（如：0.7D-15D*25mm/32mm/64mm）及邊角料均可填充。

     （2）:需配空壓機的參數：7.5KW-15kw，排氣量：1.3-1.6m3/min。

Cotton Filling Machine

This machine is suitable for toys, clothes, beddings, textile, arts, ornaments and other items that requires filling of cotton fiber. The rate of filling is fast, and it requires only a low air pressure (4-8kg/ cm2）to fill up the cotton onto the product. The cotton will be evenly filled up with equal density throughout while retaining the fluffiness of the product. This highly effective machine can be configured to cater the needs on filling up different products.

The machine is operated by stepping onto the pedal to start filling. To stop the filling operation, just release the pedal.

This machine can be connected directly with Manual or Automatic Cotton Loosening machine for an automated cotton loosing production line. The product is treated with high temperature resistance paint.

Cotton Feeder Machine: The purpose of Cotton Feeder Machine is to automatically feed the cotton into the Cotton Filling Machine. This is to reduce the amount of manpower that is required to operate the entire cotton filling operation. This product is also treated with high temperature resistance paint.

Note:

1) Suitable filling material includes two/three-dimensional cotton, long and short fibre cotton. (eg 0.7D-15D*25mm/32mm/64mm)

2) Recommend Compressor: 7.5KW-15KW , discharge rate: 1.3-1.6m3/min
